Need Based Scholarships are still available.  You can still apply for funding this year even if you’ve paid your fees.   The funds will roll over to next years fees.

SPRING TRIP

The Spring Trip is April 24-April 26th.  The itenerary will be available soon.  Next payment due March 28th for $200.00. 

The Tour Company permission slips are due as soon as possible.

DISTRICT BAND FESTIVAL AT VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL SCHEDULE

2:25 p.m.    School lets out, meet in band room and change

3:15 p.m.    Load buses and leave Manzano HS

3:50 p.m.    Arrive at Valley HS, unload

4:20 p.m.     Symphonic Band warmup

4:45 p.m.    Symphonic Band performs

5:10 p.m.    Symphonic Band sightread

5:45 p.m.    Dinner

7:10 p.m.    Wind Ensemble warmup

7:35 p.m.    Wind Ensemble perform

8:00 p.m.    Wind Ensemble sightread

8:30 p.m.    Load buses and leave Valley HS

9:00 p.m.    Arrive at Manzano HS

BAND MOMS

Band Moms are available 6-7:00 a.m. Wednesday & Friday on regular Zero Hour days.  band moms handle all payments and fundraising materials.  The Band Mom’s room in on your left as you enter the band room.  Band moms will accept cash and checks.

2-HOUR DELAY

The Band Policy for 2-hour delay is as follows:

There will be no Zero Hour Classes on days that there is a 2-hour delay.  Go to your class at 9:30 am.
